? of Audit trail bug

Post by DavidWolf » Tue Jul 12, 2011 9:05 am

I have been randomly noticing some appointments in my schedule without an audit trail. Today I think I finally found out how they get there.

If you click on the schedule to make an appointment, then search for patient and select one, then click on make recall.
Voile new appointment is in the schedule without an audit trail.

I am wondering if anyone else can duplicate this and if anyone else has had a problem with appointments missing their audit trail????

Thanks.

Good news, the bug has been fixed in in versions 7.9.17 and 10.0.4 but hasn't been released yet. Now, when creating a recall appointment directly on the schedule an entry is made in the audit trail. If the appointment is first sent to the pinboard no audit entry will be made until the user moves the appointment from the pinboard to the schedule.
