Input fields in Sheets

Post by Hersheydmd » Fri Apr 08, 2011 12:12 pm

PatientFoms have multiple Input Fields available to use.
Consent sheets only have one Input Field (ToothNum).
Could really use some additional fields, particularly "misc"
I used ToothNum in my form, even though the input is not a toothnum. Are there any negative ramifications to doing that?

Also, if we had a copy/paste or duplicate button so that a field can be duplicated multiple times, it would save sooooooo much time.

Looks like we neglected to add a misc input field for that type. Added to bug list. We probably won't backport it past 7.8.

is it possible to have the data from the insurance breakdown available so we can generate an insurance verification form. this will allow for the real time patient eligibility be more useful. because certain insurances do not share the same data we could fill in the deficiencies faster if we could generate a sheet for the staff to fill in the remaining info

Agree 100% - this is especially needed with checklists/boxes on forms.

Yes, we are aware that we need a copy/paste button. We're working on it.
