Tried to back Up

Post by Roy Bloom » Sat Apr 02, 2011 10:04 pm

now I get "table open dental prference does not exist" lost two weeks of data but can find it in other places inside sedation server images. I can find the scans by going through each A-Z folder. They do not show up in the older back up. Is there a way to copy Table opendental preferences to the opendental database I had before?

That table (opendental.preference) is probably just marked as 'crashed' and needs to be repaired. Don't do anything else (so that you don't overwrite data that is still there). Call OD support first thing Monday morning and they'll get you back up and running.

Is it really "table open dental prference does not exist", or did you misspell? Also, it might be a plugin issue. You might have to temporarily move the plugin dll out of the Open Dental folder.
