Is there anyway to send the record via email. I used print and then snagit the other day for the offices copy. That way they just paste it into the patients chart on programs like detrix. Seemed a bit tedious is there an easier way?

I don't see why not. But it will have to be programmed in.
In the meantime, there's an easier way than what your doing. There are plenty of utilities that let you 'print' to a PDF file. Then just email that. Just do a search for 'print PDF free'.
