Deleted Claims

Post by mrholden » Tue Sep 21, 2010 6:24 pm

Are deleted claims "tracked" in OD? If yes, what query can I run to see a list of "deleted claims"?

Thanks,
Holden

The audit trail will have a record of the deletion, but not much info about the actual claim. Delete claims are not tracked beyond that. If it's important, you could look in a backup database which is very easy to do once you get the hang of it.

If I'm in a backup database, the first thing I do is change the title bar

and the background color in the schedule to make it very obvious that it's a backup. It's easy to forget that you are in a backup and to start entering appointments, etc.
