Statements & Payment plans

I have just about finished my 1st plug in for OD that alters the display for payment plans in both the account and the statements to hopefully be more clear to both our patients and ourselves. I know some of you were asking about this months ago....

I will be posting it very soon after I resolve a couple of pesky reference issues that popped up when I tried to compile it as a released product and not just debugging it. Also, to use it, we have to wait on a couple of hooks/variables to be added by Jordan to the main program.

yes, the original version quit working with 7.1 (we think b/c of the switch over to to "crud" layer to handle error checking, but anyway) I have it working again...I will post new version for you shortly...

Here is the latest version that works with OD 7.1.16 and later. Read my notes as I am experimenting with referral notices as well...Not the most elegant in the account yet, but it is functional.
