Resetting ok to Text Field

Post by drtech » Fri Jul 20, 2018 6:08 am

I would like reset the "Text OK" field back to "??" for all patients who are currently marked "YES", but leave all the pts who are marked "NO" the same. We are revamping our permissions with better written authorizations, so I need everyone back to square one unless they already told us no texting. Can we get a simple query to do this?

Thanks

Open Dental doesn't give out queries that manipulate data. All data manipulation should be within the program for security purposes. Therefore a feature request would be required for a tool within the software to do it.

The best thing about a boolean is even if you are wrong, you are only off by a bit.

it is simple if someone needs to do something like this:

************NOTICE, THIS WILL ALTER YOUR DATABASE*****************************

Text deleted by admin.
Reason:
Open Dental doesn't give out queries that manipulate data. All data manipulation should be within the program for security purposes.
