Insurance payment = $0.00

I just noticed that if an insurance claim is received and the payment on the claim = $0.00 that the amount paid (0.00) by insurance doesn't show on the receieved claim in the account ledger.
It states that it was received, I think that the amount paid = $0.00 should probably show to make it clearer and consistent with other claims.

Not sure if that would be a big deal or not to do. It may be difficult since no payment is actually created if the amount = 0.

Just a thought.
