Vendors for statement envelopes

I have a difficult time finding a place to buy the evnvelopes for the statements. The problem is that the right edge of the sender address (my address) is only 0.4 inch from the left edge of the paper. I could not find any double window envelopes will fit. Could anyone share with me where you buy the envelopes? Also where do you buy the paper for the statements? Thanks.

We use FormSource Inc. out of Milton, WA. Not sure that we have had any problems, use #10 Window, with #9 return and Standard perforated laser statement paper from them.
