Back up 2 separate offices

Can someone show me how to back up data from 2 separate offices into one laptop. Say data from office 1 and office 2 into my laptop. I've been backing up office 1 data into my laptop but just added an office and want to back the second office data into the same laptop.

The key is going to be to have your databases named slightly differently on the servers at your two offices. So at one office, stop the MySQL service, and rename C:\mysql\data\opendental to opendental2 or even to something more descriptive of your location. Then, restart the service. Now, when you put the backups on the laptop, they can both run side-by-side.
