I was wondering if anyone has the Claim Inquiry Form (CIF) for Denti-Cal in California loaded so that it can be printed from Open-Dent to fill in the basic information such as office information patient demographics. We had inverted two of our NPI digits recently and are getting tons of denials and will have to manually handwrite the CIF's otherwise. Thanks.
