Printing Chart and Progress Notes

Post by Nate » Mon May 19, 2008 12:18 pm

Has there been any update to allow printing the patients chart by itself without the treatment plan?
When printing the progress notes does it continue to print the fees or prices?

1. The only way I can think of to print the graphical chart all by itself is to click the big button on the tooth chart. Then, resize the window to an appropriate size and Alt-PrintScreen. Then use our printscreen tool to print the capture.

2. Yes. Go to display fields http://www.open-dent.com/manual/displayfields.html and remove the amount column. Then print. Then go back into display fields and put the amount column back in. So yes, you can certainly do it, but it's not a single click process yet.

Thanks for explaining how to print progress notes without fees being displayed. Had you considered making it a simple check box under the show tab in the chart module? Similar to the 'show progress notes' option?
