We just updated to 5.6 and find the accounting to be much better. I do have one suggestion. Now that the adjustments do not show on the same line as the procedure they are attached to, it can be difficult to figure out if they are attached to a procedure or which procedure they are attached to. It would be great if you could clik on the adjustment line and the box that opens tells you which procedure it is attached to, very similar to the way the labcases do. We could then detach or attach the adjustment to any of the procedures done on that day.
