Procedure that is no bill to insurance is showing as unsent

Post by cneelley » Thu Apr 24, 2008 7:43 pm

I seated some crowns toaday and the procedure now has 2 labels. One is no bill to insurance, which is the way it should be, but the other is unsent. However, when I run the procedures not billed to insurance report, they don't show up, which is correct.

Version 5.6.16

make sure you don't have an old ins estimate attached to the procedure

Sounds like a bug. We just added back the "unsent" label as a feature. I think we forgot to not show it if it's marked "do not bill to ins".

Just upgraded to 5.6.18. Procedures marked as 'no bill insurance' are still showing as unsent.

OK, I just put it on the bug list.
