Request-planned appointment to unsch.

Hi,

Is there a way that we can take a planned appt. block and put it directly in the unschedule list without having to drag it to the appointment book, then unscheduling it? Sometimes I will plan the next appointment, but for one reason or another, when the patient gets up to the front desk, they don't schedule right away. It would be great if the font desk can just send it straight to unsch. status from the Make/Find appt screen without having to pinboard it, then dragging it onto the book, then unscheduling it. I just find it easier to keep track of pts. in the unsch. list than the planned tracker.
