dreaded duplicate entry key primary

I've read through the solutions here on the forum and they all say run database maintenance, however, we can't even get into open dental to run the maintenance. How do you run it without being able to login?

I recommend calling support for help on this issue.

I did call support and they used the databaseintegritycheck tool under Program Files (x86)\Open Dental to fix it. Took a few minutes.
