Email integration Error - Unable to read data (OD ver - 21.2.36)

I am trying to integrate OD email module with our new email provider (SMTP server) and facing problem.
OD does not display any error, but nothing is shown in the inbox or sent window list.

I am able to send emails successfully using OD email module though.
