Dear Team,
I want to know where do we store the responses of all forms. Specifically I am looking for responses of form 'Release of Dental Records'.
In the database I was able to get the date and the type of sheet a particular patient filled, But I need the information filled by patient in that form. Is there any specific table we store that data or is there any common table. It would be great if you could provide me the table name in which we are storing the responses.
