I'm sure that the connector is running in office. What else could possibly cause this error? Thanks in advance.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. I can offer a few things you can try and then see if any of them help with your issue.
- Update both the eConnector and FHIR to the latest stable version (if they are not already)
- Verify you have the right credentials and that they are not pointing to an old or deactivated account perhaps
- Make sure the time displayed in the Manage Module of OpenDental is not faster than that of your Computer itself as this can cause conflicts
- Restart your eConnector
If these do not help, I would suggest calling in so that our techs can see your setup in a confidential manner and assist your situation with a more unique focus.
