Automatic Email/Text After Broken Appointment

Is there a way to trigger an email and/or text anytime someone breaks/cancels an appointment? I've set up a PDF hosted on my website. I'd like to send out an email that has the URL attached to it with a "nice" message informing parents of the cancellation policy we have.

Breaking an appointment can trigger some actions which are described on the Automation page of our manual, https://www.opendental.com/manual/automation.html. But, automated emails and texts can't currently be triggered by breaking an appointment. If you would like, you can submit a feature request.
