eRx on eServices

Just noticed eRx tab, I'm on latest beta.
Wow, that's the feature I was missing for years! Big thanks to you guys!
Now, the not so good part. When I log in to mobile web as an erx authorized user, then click on erx button, select the patient, I am getting this error message: "Missing DoseSpot User ID for user. Call support to register provider or proxy user, then enter User ID into security window."
Is it normal and I just need to modify some settings or is it a bug?
I cannot get to the desktop to check for possible settings options. Testmg it from the phone.

I would think this is probably some setting that needs to be modified. If you call support, they should be able to figure it out.

I dug a bit deeper from my desktop and it looks like you guys transitioned to DoseSpot feature which is not yet setup in my system yet, hence the error.
