I recently enable sending an invites to the patient portal.
Today I had one patient complaining that she received an email, but was not able to log in.
I was able to reproduce it with making an appointment for a test patient with my own email address. The email came with the username and temp. password. When I use that combination, I get the "login failed" error.
The portal itself is online.
Initially, the test patient did not have an online access. After the appointment was placed, I received one invite, then another one. The ID was the same, the passwords were different in each of them. None of the passwords would allow the access.
If I replace the password in the system manually, I am able to log in to the portal by that user.
Patient portal login issues.
Re: Patient portal login issues.
If you update to the latest build of your current version then this should be fixed.

Re: Patient portal login issues.
I'm on 18.3.26 (beta)
18.3.27 was released just yesterday (same day you posted your response, adearmondsattler). So there's a good chance you are talking about updating to the version I'm on now.
In what version was it suppose to be fixed?

18.3.26 should be the fixed version.
I would call in to support. We should be able to help troubleshoot this issue.

Re: Patient portal login issues.
Thanks, looks like I'm going to need to wait till 18.4
Re: Patient portal login issues.
You will not need to wait until 18.4. It sounds like you've arranged with one of our eServices technicians to call back in tomorrow, 11/30/18. When you call, be sure to speak with an eServices technician so we can assist you directly.
