APPOINTMENT SCHEDULE

Have recently updated to Ver 18. However, user is unable to make changes to appointment schedule. Received popped up message: "The provider selected for this appointment has a term date prior to the selected day and time. Pls select another provider." Tried to change the term date under Setup provider but it doesnt work.

If term date is giving you problems, you can simply clear it out in the Provider Edit window.

It appears that other customers are having this issue as well. If your Windows settings for Short Date format is "yy-MM-dd", then changing it to "yyyy-MM-dd" should fix this. You may need to make this change on your workstations and your server. After you make this change, open the Provider Edit window and clear out the Date Term field.
