I remember seeing some place a record of progress notes altered after being set complete.
Where do I find it?

Re: altered progress notes
I don't know that I've heard of such a place. You could probably edit an existing query on http://opendentalsoft.com:1942/ODQueryL ... yList.aspx to get what you want.
Re: altered progress notes
Sorry, I should have been clearer.
I remember seeing a log where an altered progress note was a different color.
To give you an example, currently all progress notes are locked after 1 day and can only be altered by an admin.
So a note edited by an admin does not show as edited on the chart.
However, I remember a report where a note that was edited on a different day would show up in a different color, as that show legal proof that the chart is unaltered.
Where is that report?

Re: altered progress notes
The only thing that I'm aware of that does that is the Audit Trail:
https://www.opendental.com/manual/audittrail.htmlIntegrity of Data: In version 14.1 and greater, Open Dental checks to verify the integrity of the audit trail data.
Black log entries indicate trusted entries; meaning Open Dental has checked and no changes have been made to the log entry since it was created.
Red log entries indicate non-trusted entries, meaning this log entry failed the check to prove the entry is unchanged. This means the entry was changed outside of Open Dental to something different than the original entry. Red entries are not made by Open Dental, and it is possible they are malicious or not legitimate. When you update to version 14.1, all log entries prior to the update date will be red, because the entries have not been checked.
The best thing about a boolean is even if you are wrong, you are only off by a bit.
