Is there a way to have a claim form that is two pages long? Alot of our international claim forms are two pages long.

No, I'm sorry, there's not. I've never seen a two page claimform before. In the US, we simply create two claims if they won't all fit on the one page.

The insurance forms this program produce are great - I have just one suggestion. {Unless of course it can be done already & I am missing something} When you do say crowns or RCT and you are in the procdure info setting. You can put tooth #, amount, Dr. & Diagnosis etc. However I don't see where the Diagnosis is printed on the form. I have to re-type it in claim notes and it appears in the remarks. Is there a way the doctor can put the diagnosis in and it prints on the form? :roll:
Thanks;
