E-Signatures for Credit Card Transactions

Post by josiedds » Fri Dec 29, 2017 2:50 pm

How are you all handling a patient's electronic signature for credit card transactions?
It's time for me to move away from printing these and storing the paper version.
What do you guys use?
Is there a thread somewhere? I wasn't having any luck on the search engine.
Thanks

Did you ever get a response in a PM or find out otherwise? I am trying to set up OD and would ideally like to use a Topaz signature pad to capture signatures for sheets, med. hx. etc. AND credit cards.
Hope it's not a case of print, sign, scan.
Can anyone confirm if there is a credit card processing service you can use to capture a patient signature using one of the Topaz signature pads?
I see http://www.dentalxchange.com/ uses a Topaz.
Trying to find a reasonable percentage credit card processor.
Many thanks
