Unable to log in to mobile web

Hello,
I'm on 17.1.22
When I point my browser (mobile or desktop) to https://patientviewer.com/?MID={XXX}
I get the error window instead of the login screen.

Code: Select all

Error status text: Internal Server Error Error status code: 500 Error text: Could not load file or assembly 'OpenDentBusiness, Version=17.1.22.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. 
The URL for patient portal https://patientviewer.com/?ID={XXX} seems to open its login screen, but the mobile web one doesn't work. I have not tried to login, but what I see in the URL is an older version number. When the URL gets translated, it looks like this:
https://patientviewer.com/PatientPortal/17_1_17/GWT/PatientPortal/PatientPortal.html?+tokens
whereas the mobileweb url gets translated to:
https://patientviewer.com/MobileWeb/17_1_22/GWT/MobileWeb/MobileWeb.html?+tokens

I have the following services running:
OpenDentalEConnector
OpenDentalService
Tried to uninstall OD, remove the services, then "Install as Administrator" and start the OD as administrator.
Still does not work.
Any ideas?

We have verified that for our customers on 17.1.22, their Mobile Web is down. We will get this issue resolved as soon as possible.

This has been fixed. You should now be able to log into Mobile Web. No need to update Open Dental.
