Alerts on patients when scheduling

Anybody have any idea on how to alert staff to certain restricitons, like waiting periods. we have pop ups, but that only opens when you click the patient. THe problem is, what if the patient has complete their visit, and making the next visit from the op, I wouldn't necessarily see the pop because I've already opened the chart.
Is there an action that can be patient specific when making new appointments?

Perhaps something in our Automation feature might be what you're looking for. There is a CreateAppt trigger type so you can bring up a popup or a few other things when a new appointment is made.
