Statements

Post by Toni DeFazio » Mon Apr 24, 2017 8:33 pm

I have several clients that want to be able to print a statement that reflects a specific date of service that includes any payment received by the insurance and show only the balance due for that designated date. All attempts to print a statement, receipt, invoice or other always shows the accumulated balance due if there are still claims outstanding.

You can print a Limited Statement for selected procedures and claim payments which will only show the balance for that date of service.

The best thing about a boolean is even if you are wrong, you are only off by a bit.

Oh wow, I've been wanting this feature for statements, but didn't realize that it has already been implemented. Patients have always been complaining about the statements being so confusing, and the numbers not matching up. However, is there a way to edit it so that it doesn't print out as Statement (Limited)? I looked at the sheets section, but couldn't find a limited statement sheet to edit.

Thanks,
Jason

You could remove the "statementReceiptInvoice" field from the Statement sheet and replace it with just "Statement". If you do that, then your invoices and receipts will also say "Statement".
