Set Up Custom Patient Fields

Hello,
This is probably just my being dim and missing the obvious but I would appreciate guidance.
I have recently updated to 16.3 and have taken the opportunity to review and take advantage of more of the opendental features.
I am trying to setup some custom patient fields that can display in various areas of opendental.
I have added the custom patient fields successfully as instructed http://www.opendental.com/manual/custom ... ields.html

further down that page is says -
Set Up Custom Patient Fields
Set up which patient fields will show in the Patient Information grid in selected areas of Open Dental.
In Patient Field Defs, click Setup

my problem is that I can't see 'setup' button.
I am looking in ' Setup, Family/Insurance, Patient Field Defs'. Should I be looking elsewhere or are these instructions now outdated?

It turns out we added the Setup toolbar button in 16.4. We do our best to keep the documentation current with the beta version, but that has the unfortunate effect of sometimes causing the documentation to be inaccurate for the current stable version.

To add patient fields to the Patient Information grid, from the main part of the program to go to Setup -> Display Fields -> Patient Information.
