marking an implant as removed

Post by mbtoo » Tue Mar 28, 2017 3:40 pm

Ok so i have a pt that had to have an implant removed, and the CDT code is D6100, and i don't think the code actually needs a tooth # associated with it, but now i'm trying to code it so the tooth chart is an actual representation of the pt's mouth/records, but there's no way to reflect an implant was removed unless i delete previous procedures...any ideas?

Check the "Hide Graphics" box.

Thank you that is helpful. You still have to click "Skip tooth" on the perio chart. Do you know if there is a way to change that to not have an implant listed too?
