2008 Denti-Cal forms?

Post by corneredge » Fri Feb 08, 2008 9:18 pm

Hi Jordan,

Fantastic work with the program!!!

Was wondering if any members have any input on this:

Denti-Cal is coming out with brand new forms and will be using CDT codes in a couple of months.

How shall we implement this change into OD?

Do we need to scan in the forms and setup new guidelines?

Does anyone have a link to the new forms? dc-217 (i think)

Has anyone in Ca. started this process yet?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions

FYI, our CDA legislative rep has recently informed us that it is highly likely that adult Denti-Cal will be eliminated July 1, 2008.

One might want to prepare for this if Denti-Cal is a significant portion of one's practice.

Thanks Jordan,

Unless there is a pdf form floating around the web, please let us know when and where the dc-217 form will be posted.

ClaimConnect is prepared to handle the new DentiCal CDT-4 codes. Other than submitting with the new codes rather than the local codes, no other changes will be required.
