Payment plan question
Last time I messed around with the payment plan in account I decided on not using it because it took those patients on a payment plan out of the accounts receivable report, as well as making their account balance $0. That seems completely wrong to me, they have a balance and it should reflect that. Am I doing something wrong in setting up payment plans?

We have released a new version of payment plans that actually includes the balances on the account.
