Possible to export all patient database to excel?

Please could someone tell me if it is possible to export everything (including full patient details, status etc AND their clinical notes AND charting) to an excel format?

Short answer- No

Long answer- Not really. What are you trying to do? The nature of a relational database makes it hard to pull the data out into a flat file in any meaningful manner.
