Emergency contact

Post by Jorgebon » Thu Jan 19, 2017 4:34 am

I would like to link the emergency contact name and number in the Patient Information window to a medical history sheet. Is there a way to do this?

You should be able to. I think they're called something along the lines of "ICEName" and "ICEPhone" input variables.

Found it on the Patient Form type sheet. The Medical Hx sheet does not have it.

I'll create a ticket for this. I don't see a reason for it not to be on the medical one as well. I'll get back to you on this.

Looks like someone took care of my ticket for you:
"In Case of Emergency (ICE) sheet fields added to the "MedicalHistory" sheet type."

I installed the latest version, 16.4.18, and I set the medical history sheet with both ICE contact name and ICE phone number. There appears to be a problem. It will not copy ICE data from the database like it does with other input fields and it will not import the ICE data automatically into the database like other sheet input fields. When you select the form and hit import, you have to click on the ICE lines to have the X appear and then you can copy the values to the database.

I dig a little and figure out who "implemented it" and let them know about this issue.

I've been told it is now fixed in v16.3.47 and v16.4.19 (not released ATM).
