Database Version Roll Back from V.16.3.21 to V16.2.48

Post by rhaber123 » Sat Nov 26, 2016 8:19 pm

Is it possible to rollback to the previous version of the database after it has been used for example for few weeks?
assuming the new features of v16.3 have not been used and we still have the original update files.

Example:
Update from OD V16.2.48 to OD V16.3.21 and the database used for 3 to 4 weeks,
Can we rollback the database to the older version of OD of V 16.2.48 ?

No.
Open Dental creates a restore point at the time of the update. You would have to choose to restore that database and lose the data entered or continue forwards with your Open Dental versions. Why do you want to roll back?
