Demand Force
Demand Force
Anyone have any feedback on using Demand Force with OD for recall and appointment confirmation? We are looking at integrating this feature into our practice to minimize the appointment confirmation phone calls.Any feedback is welcomed. Thanks in advance, Anne
Re: Demand Force
DemandForce is a great product and has been in market for a while. Have seen many offices using it. If you are intersted in similar solutions from other vendors, here is the full list.Annesa94 wrote:Anyone have any feedback on using Demand Force with OD for recall and appointment confirmation? Re: Demand Force
Open Dental has been adding these features into the software as native products so that a third party vendor may not be needed.
We currently have appointment reminders and confirmations automated within the program and are actively working.

Re: Demand Force
My staff now send all communication from inside OD. That is the office rule now, and OD can do it well and it is user friendly.
As Arna said, that is already available in OD.
IN ADDITION, We have been using SMS messaging for 2 years now. It is a must for every office. If you are not texting your patients yet, you need to start now.
We send regular SMS messages , SMS confirmation, SMS recall reminders,
Email messages, email confirmation, email recall reminders
Call patients cell phones, or home, and all from inside OD
and the best part is all of this communication is recorded and kept in the patient chart automatically
Our patients are more disciplined now, and we have less NO SHOWS.
