webforms

Post by hjoesaar » Wed Aug 31, 2016 11:33 am

Hey All
I just got some feedback from a patient about webforms. Overall, we love using them and the patients do to. The feedback was that after completing them the patient was taken to webpage that advertised the webform company. It would be great if they could get a map to the practice and a description of what to expect. etc. Anyone know anything about this? - h

Are you using the Open Dental web form platform, or a third party?

If you're using the Open Dental Web Forms, you just need to let your website admin know to change the "&ReturnURL=" argument on your web forms link to whatever URL you desire the patients be redirected to after filling them out.

The best thing about a boolean is even if you are wrong, you are only off by a bit.
