No "recopy" button on update screen

I have an update issue and have these instructions, " Go back to the machine where you did the initial successful update. Go to Help, Update, Setup, and hit the Recopy button."
...On that machine there is no "recopy" button, even when run as an administrator. Help!

Help > Update > Setup in the UL corner. That's where recopy is found.

I heard this complaint back in the day before and it ended up being something strange like their OS font was set to 125% or something which pushed things around in our windows in an odd manor. Font size or resolution might be your culprit. However, this button can be pushed from any working workstation, do you have another workstation you can try on? Nothing should stop this button from showing. Maybe drag the bottom of your window down to see if the button is simply hidden? The Recopy button is located in the lower left corner of the Update Setup window (like our screenshot shows) but it is docked to the top left of the form so it should show up if you make the window large enough as a worst-case scenario.
