Collections Reporting

Hello

I am currently working on figuring out our collections percentage. I run our annual production and income report and then divide the "Total Income" column by the "Total Production" column to get my results. Is there a better way to get these results or is there another report that I should be using to get a more accurate result?

It is difficult to get a meaningful collections percentage figure because the period that the collections occurs is different than the period that the production occurs. A number that is more helpful is the Collections Ratio.
