X-Charge Tech Support

Post by KevinRossen » Mon Nov 16, 2015 7:13 am

I've tried to get through to X-Charge support since Friday with no luck. LONG HOLD TIMES then I didn't get a call back after leaving my callback number. Just signed up last week and I'm not impressed so far. Anyone else have any feedback?

We discussed this with our account manager at X-charge and he explained that they have been overwhelmed by EMV calls and the rollout of new terminals. They have added resources to address the backlog and hope to get back to normal over the next couple weeks.

Here's the normal pattern for X-Charge so far. Call support, wait 10 minutes on hold, then the first person says I'll need to talk with a hardware specialist (since I'm calling about a receipt printer). I wait on hold as long as I can (I've waiting 10, 20, and 45 minutes), but never get an answer. I've left a callback number, but I don't get a response. Not thrilled with my experience so far, so I don't know if we'll continue using this integration. Not worth the lack of support from X-charge.
