secure appointment view

Post by Rinoxus » Fri Sep 11, 2015 5:07 am

Is there a way to get a secure appointment view that only shows the schedule with no way to interact with it? I find that we need to keep the appointment screen up, but am concerned about the ability for a pt to double click on someone's name or hold the cursor over it and then some other pts private info is visible. I created a appointment user that only has the appointment view function, however, my staff pointed out that we can still see private infor if we click on the patients name or hold the cursor over it. I appreciate any help.

No, this would have to be a feature request. All appointment views allow full interaction unless the user logged in does not have permissions to do the certain things you are attempting to do. E.g. appointment move / edit permissions, etc.

The best thing about a boolean is even if you are wrong, you are only off by a bit.

Have you considered taking a screen shot of your schedule .You can display the image later on your monitor.
There are many free software that can do that.
just google free screenshot - print screen software

A low tech workaround is to remove the mouse.
