Question regarding feature request 3599

My organization does a lot of remote billing and as such we have found that we can save a great deal of time if the 'signed' status was displayed in the account module. We have put it a feature request and I am getting questions on how long it will take to be implemented. The feature request is '3599' in your system, and was approved. Is this something in the pipeline, or will we have to make a financial contribution to get this done? If so what amount is appropriate? Thank you for your time

The status 'Approved' just means everyone will be able to see it and may start voting on it.
It is usually unrealistic for a single office to pay the thousands of dollars that it really costs to add a new feature. But some larger offices or corporate clients may wish to have us add features. You may email customer.relations@opendental.com if you wish to pay for a specific feature and bypass the voting and pledge system. You will need to refer to a feature request by number before we can give you a quote.
