Planned Tracker

We just started using, or trying to use the planned tracker feature. It is pulling up anything 2012 and prior but we can't see 2012 to present. Are there settings I need to adjust?

Hey. There are no date requirements for the planned tracker. The only thing that's required is for the appointment to be marked as "planned" and for there not to be another appointment with the same appointment number. After that what you see is all based off of the filters in the drop down menus right there on the window.
