Missed and cancelled appointment codes

Post by Jorgebon » Sat Jan 03, 2015 7:23 am

We now have CDT codes for missed and for cancelled appointments. Is there a way to have these codes be entered automatically when you choose the missed appointment icon in the appointment module?

I guess that they would have to add the additional Action to the Automation process for Complete Procedure Trigger. Feature request :)

...also noticed when I post the new missed appointment and cancelled appointment ADA codes instead of adjustments for broken appointments as was done in the past, the ADA codes show in regular black text like all other ADA codes. We relied on them being different color to stand out so my front office staff could quickly see who our broken appointment offenders are with a quick glance.

This has been a popular topic for the beginning of 2015. We are going to start working on it soon. It is request #3684
