Reprint Credit Card Receipts for PayConnect

I've searched the forums and can not find an answer anywhere.

Is it possible to reprint the credit card transaction from OpenDental when a credit card is charged?

Not currently. It would be a feature request to build it into Open Dental (assuming it is possible to get the information from DentalXChange). Maybe you can log into your pay connect account in order view / print the transaction from the history in there?

Hello, in case anyone else is interested, you can reprint a receipt using the following steps:

1. Log into payconnect.net using your password.
2. Click on the Find Transactions folder.
3. Click on the Credit link.
4. Select a pre-defined date range from the Date Range drop-down list. Or, modify Start Date and End Date. You can also use the “≤” or “≥” link in the month bar to switch the month, and click on any date link in the calendar for a particular date.

NOTE: For the rest of the filter fields, you don’t need to fill out all. Instead, just the ones you know, because the less information you provide, the more matches you will get.

5. Click Submit
6. To further explore the detail of a transaction, click on the transaction’s Ref# link.
7. Click on Print Receipt to print the transaction receipt.


Within OpenDental, you can also print out a receipt, however it is not exactly the same as the original.

Click on the Statement button
Drag down to select Receipt
