Static Text Request

I am trying to send out treatment needed letters but the treatmentplanprocs static text displays prices along with the treatment. Can I get a static text treatmentplanprocs which does not include fee amount as a lot of patients have insurance and I don't want a bunch of phone calls asking for insurance estimates, etc.

Are you building a sheet for this? If so, you might be better off building a query that you can export to a spreadsheet then do a mail merge in Word. You'll have a lot more control over the design of the actual letter.
