Production

I have added a Hygienist as a provider, given her an appointment color, but on that day we show $0 production, but should have close to $800 for her. What do I need to do to show her production ont he appt "daily production" total?

Check the completed procedures and see if the hygienist is set as the provider. Chances are the 'dentist' is defaulting as the provider when the procedure is set complete for all procedures.

Check your procedure list make sure the procedure codes that the hygienist is doing ie the prophy's are checked as 'is hygiene procedures'.

I think that would make them default correctly to the hygieneist as the provider.

Also in the provider setup there is a check for 'is hygiene', that should be checked as well.

I think one or all of those things will correct the problem.

Also make sure you can see her vertical provider bar along the left side of the appt screen. If not, then add that provider to the appt view you are using.
