I do a hell of a lot of 'discounting' off the fees i put into open dental (health funds in australia allow us to do the following btw)
My problem is my reports are then very out of whack
For example, I might do an exam, sp, fl and my charges might be $250
The health fund pays say $150. I then add an adjustment of $50 professional discount, to bring everything back to normal
Of course, when i run my daily reports, it says I am producing much more than I actually am , ie @250 instead of $150
If I look at payments, it will only be correct if the patient has paid on the day
Is there any way I can change the daily reports to have these numbers include any adjustments I make?
