undo a delete

Is there a way to "undelete" a procedure that was accidentally deleted? The procedure was correctly entered about a month ago, then accidentally deleted (along with my notes). Its still in there, as it can be viewed under >chart>show>audit, but I would like to undelete it.

We can help you do that. Give us a call because it's going to require running a custom query that I don't feel comfortable posting on the forums because if misused, it could wreak havoc.
The best thing about a boolean is even if you are wrong, you are only off by a bit.
